The redeemed of the Lord, is in reference to the real Second Gathering of Yahweh’s children at the end of this age. All who are sealed and set apart, through the Spirit of Yahweh that dwells in them, are set free from the curse of the Old Law. This is the down payment of our inheritance, which is the redemption even the salvation of our souls (2 Cor 1:22, Eph 1:13-14, Eph 4:30, Luke 21:28, 1 Pet 1:2-9).
The redeemed of the Lord, is a misleading and confusing statement. Yahweh’s name can not be transliterated as Lord.
Yahweh commands his children (the true Israel of God) to call upon His name , this is not an option.
According to the deceivers, the name Yahweh was to sacred to be spoken, contrary to what Yahweh clearly taught (Gen 4:26, 1 Kings 18:24, 1 Chron 16:8, Psa 99:6, 105:1, 145:3).
In the following verses from Joel, the false title of Lord, has been replaced with the name of Yahweh.
Joel 2:31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of Yahweh comes to pass
The name of mankind’s only Savior is clearly identified in the Old Testament scriptures, and His name is Yahweh.
Isa 43:11 I, even I, am Yahweh; and beside me there is no saviour
The transliteration of the Hebrew letters יהוה (H3068), into English is Yahweh; it can not be transliterated as God, Lord or Adonai. Obviously the same truth holds true in the New Testament, and yet the crime spree continues. Strong’s G 2962 κύριος, is transliterated as kyrios, and the etymology or root word is from kuros which has a meaning of supremacy. Then this Greek word is translated as Lord, (with a big L), lord (with a little l), master and sir.
Joel 2:32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of Yahweh shall be delivered (or Saved)…
This fictitious title, Lord, is not taken from the true root word (יְהֹוָה YHWH), and as such it is not a transliteration or a translation. The lying pen of the scribes will pay a deadly price for their abominable crimes (Rev 22:19).
Acts 2:20-21 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day Yahweh comes. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of Yahweh shall be saved
Exo 20:7 Thou shalt not take the name of Yahweh thy God in vain; for Yahweh will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain
The word vain means emptiness of speech, or a lie. And that is exactly what is accomplished, when the Glorious name of Yahweh is replaced with a title, used to address men.
When the false title of Lord is removed from the scriptures, several key Gospel truths are revealed.
- It becomes rather evident that a Savior named Jesus is an impossibility, as the title of Savior is reserved unto Yahweh Himself (Isa 43:11).
- Therefore it is obvious that Messiah (the Savior) is Yahweh manifest in the flesh.
Isaiah 51:11 Therefore the redeemed of Yahweh shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away
The redeemed of Yahweh that Isaiah is speaking of, have the New Covenant Law, written in their hearts and minds (Isa 51:7, Jer 31:33-34, 2 Cor 3:3, Heb 10:16).
Gal 4:4-5 But when the fulness of the time was come, Yahweh himself sent forth the Son…To redeem them that were under the law, that they might receive the adoption of sons
All that have the Spirit of Messiah in their hearts are considered His children, and the inheritance of the kingdom of Yahweh is only possible through Him (Gal 4:4-10).
The redeemed of the Lord, are those who Yahweh has delivered from the power of death. When He returns to reign in mount Zion, our redemption through Him will be complete. When we see the Great Tribulation events start to unfold, we are told to look for His return, as our redemption is at hand (Luke 21:28). The redeemed of Yahweh will receive the promise of Salvation, which occurs at His Second Coming.
Isaiah 62:11-12 Behold, Yahweh hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him. And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of Yahweh: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken
The Redeemed of Yahweh
Luke 1:68 Blessed be Yahweh God of Israel; for he hath visited even to redeem his people
The word redeemed, describes obtaining eternal redemption. It is used in two other verses (Luke 2:38, Heb 9:12). It refers to the shed blood of the Lamb, and His conquering of sin and death that the Elect are redeemed from.
Redemption, on the other hand, refers to the Old Testament promise realized. And that is the great transformation, wherein the redeemed will put on immortality and incorruption, at Yahweh’s Second Coming.
All who are cleansed blood of the Lamb, wait for the redemption of their mortal bodies. The redeemed of the Lord are those changed at the last trump, with the second coming of Yahweh in the flesh. These who will Inherit Zion also inherit the right to be called the true Israel of Yahweh (Luke 21:28, Rom 8:23, Eph 1:10-14, 2 Tim 1:10, 1 Cor 15:53).
Luke 1:77 To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins
In the Old Testament, quite often where the words his, and people, are used together, the translation is incorrect. Possession of, in the sense of belonging to Him, is not always the intended meaning. Only those who truly know Yahweh, and are faithful to Him, are counted as His possession.
Conversely, in the New Testament, the term his people is always used in reference to belonging to Him, as in a purchased possession. The redeemed of Yahweh, have a personal relationship as a result of receiving His Spirit.
Romans 4:13-14 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect
The Redeemed of the lord – An impossible Transliteration
Am I sought of them that inquired not (after Me)? Am I found of them that did not seek after me? I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that would not call upon my name. I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts (Isaiah 65:1-2).
Israel (after the flesh) that did not obtain the promise of the law, failed as a result of unfaithfulness (Mat 23:23, Luke 18:8, Acts 6:7, Acts 14:22, Rom 1:17, 3:27-28, 4:14, 9:28-33, 10:17, 11:20).
Rom 3:30 Seeing it is Yahweh alone, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and also the uncircumcision through faith
For whosoever shall call upon the name of Yahweh shall be saved (Rom 10:13), they are the Israel of Yahweh (Gal 6:16).
1Co 2:5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of Yahweh
If the people who call upon my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land (2Ch 7:14).
And Esaias in confidence said, was I found of them that sought me not, was I made manifest unto them that asked not after me. And to Israel he said, all day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people (Romans 10:20-21).
Through Messiah The Savior, we can be a part of the Commonwealth of Israel.
Eph 2:19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of Yahweh
The redeemed of the Lord, is an inaccurate scripture. It is Yahweh’s faithful who realized the first covenant promise. Messiah is the fulfillment of that promise to all that faithfully believe in, and follow him (Eph 2:12, Heb 8:6, 9:15).
Romans 9:6-7 Not as though the word of Yahweh hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children
