False teachers in the Christian Church have led many astray. They have corrupted the minds of many, who are not protected from this darkness masquerading as light.
There are many professional manipulators of the truth, that have a self-serving agenda and are presently unaccountable for their deadly and destructive doctrines. The vast majority of professing Christians simply obey those that rule over them, blissfully unaware that they are involved in a system of religious beliefs and rituals. Spiritually speaking this is the textbook identification of a Christian Cult (2 Tim 4:3-4).
Far too many have a false sense of security that is based upon the vain words of these wolves in sheep’s clothing. The deceptive teachings of those who have not been sealed, have caused multitudes to turn away from the truth and embrace fables.
Matt 15:8-9 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
We must not love this present evil world or be preoccupied with serving the desires of the flesh. For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul (Mat 16:26).
Whether it be the result of ignorance of the truth, self-righteousness, or apathy, the end result is the same. The Devil is well pleased when the fraudulent claim of being born-again is made, by those who are not saved.
It is impossible to lose your Salvation, and it is only when one is Sealed with Yahweh’s Holy Spirit that the assurance of Salvation is truly realized. This sure hope allows the faithful to overcome great tribulations and endure until the end.
John 15:26-27 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, the same shall testify of me: And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.
False Teachers In The Christian Church Are Leading People Astray
It is only through the infilling of Yahweh’s Spirit that we are able to rightly divide the Word of truth, and this same Spirit enables us to recognize the doctrine of errors.
Luke 11:13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
Far too often, we hear this false prosperity message from the mouths of these prosperity preachers, “If you ask and believe all things will be yours” (Mat 21:22). However, many ask and do not receive, because they wish to satisfy their carnal lusts.
Our greatest desire should be to receive the Spirit that enables us to seek first the kingdom of Yahweh (James 4:3-4, Math 6:33).
1 John 4:13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit
If we think we can obtain the truth through our own wisdom, we through pride have already prevented the Spirit from abiding in us. This is exactly what the false teachers in the Christian Church are counting on.
1 Cor 2:13-14 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of Yahweh: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
Unfortunately, far too many people readily accept anything that their so-called pastors have to say. Unless the Holy Spirit has called them to preach – they speak with their own wisdom; which is dangerous and destructive. There are of course men and women that are truly called to preach, but many who claim this calling are simply charlatans looking for fame and an easy paycheck at the expense of the gullible.
The simple believes every word but the wise considers all things (Prov 14:15; Rom 16:18).
It is not at all difficult to explain the lack of true faith these days. When the faith of mankind, is based upon a carnal understanding, that is learned through false teachers, faith is all but destroyed.
Luke 18:7-8 And shall not Yahweh avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?
Many trusting souls are simply looking for direction, and the greater blame is to be placed on the charlatans who deceive them. However, those who submit unto the doctrines of men, as opposed to the teachings of Yahweh will probably be led astray.
1 John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
1 John 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
1 John 3:22, refers to the two new commandments that Messiah gave us. The Old Testament Law and the prophets were unto Messiah, who brought forth His New Covenant Testament (Mat 22:36-40). Those who would fleece the flock, attempt to keep people under the bondage of Old Testament Law, to deceitfully collect tithes. Truth be told, tithing has no place in a New Covenant Church.
Tithing is not applicable to New Testament believers, although it is widely taught by the false preachers.
Luke 8:14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection
Not only is teaching tithing to a New Covenant church deceitful, it is also harmful and instills selfishness. Everything we have is in the hands of Yahweh. To claim that 90% of what we have, is to be used for our own pleasures, is contrary to everything Yahweh’s prophets wrote about.
Those who claim to be justified through the Old Testament Law, have actually created a barrier between themselves and Yahweh. These are fallen from grace and not led by the Spirit of Yahweh (Gal 5:4; Gal 5:18). You will never hear this truth presented by the deceivers in the Church.
Rom 4:14 For if they which are of the law [be] heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:
Those deceived into thinking that they can be justified through the Old Covenant Law, do not understand the New Covenant. Nor do they comprehend the curse of the Old Law, or the means of escape from it. Those who proclaim that we are still under the Old Testament law, also falsely teach that Salvation is accomplished through a formula of words to be recited. The Elect are Sealed unto the day of redemption, this also is when our Salvation is realized (Eph 4:30).
The New Covenant church is under no obligation to keep the Sabbath or observe this as a day of rest. We do attempt to live each day serving Yahweh. There is a huge difference between spending an hour a week in a building called the church, and shining the light of Yahweh, and thus becoming the church.
John 9:16 Therefore said some of the Pharisees, This man is not of Yahweh, because he keepeth not the sabbath day. Others said, How can a man that is a sinner do such miracles? And there was a division among them.
A False Teacher vs The True Shepherd
The Church body is effective when it works together as one, and it is not to be controlled by any individual. We are to serve each other and be led by Yahweh’s Spirit of truth.
No man can rightfully accept the name of a pastor when used in the context of becoming a shepherd of the church. Messiah the Savior is the only true Shepherd. He is Yahweh manifest in the flesh.
But the deceivers do not want you to be aware of what the scriptures teach. There is only one verse in the entire Word of Yahweh, where the word shepherd is changed to pastors (Eph 4:11).
John 10:11-12 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.
Messiah is the one that truly Loves us (John 10:13; 1 Peter 5:7). As our Shepherd, he feeds us with His Word, protects our minds with the Hope of Salvation, and guides us with His Spirit of truth. He alone is the Good Shepherd that knows His elect, as well, they know Him.
The one who is hired is not the shepherd, and when these false teachers see destruction coming, they will flee, causing their flocks to become scattered. What hope will an unbelieving Church have, when the Beast and false profit arise an the end of this age?.
What a fitting description of the situation today; so many men who claim to be shepherds (or pastors) are not, but are merely false teachers that lead the people astray.
Luke 22:24-26 And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest. And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.
Yahweh is the head of the church and no man can legally take the title of Rabbi (that is to say Master) Father, or Shepherd.
John 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd
2 Tim 4:3-4 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables
False Teachings Have Destroyed the Gospel Message
Preaching about enduring tribulations has been replaced with the pre-tribulation rapture escape theory.
The doctrines of men have replaced the teaching of Yahweh, and the infilling of the Holy Spirit is thought to be the emotional stimulus one receives at an entertaining church production.
1 Cor 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of Yahweh: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned
The majority of those who wish to become church leaders typically pursue a degree in religious studies such as divinity, or theology. They will attend a theological seminary or college where they obtain carnal degrees. Afterward, they are apparently qualified to speak on topics such as hermeneutics, literary criticism, and dispensationalism. People generally speaking, are attracted to the so-called wisdom of these learned men, and pay special attention to those that have doctorates. When they use fancy words such as hermeneutics and eschatology, the congregation becomes enamored with the supposed spiritual understanding and superior intellect of these leaders.
John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Man made institutions, governments and bureaucracies are more often than not full of trickery and deceit. Satan, who according to scripture is the god of this world, has infiltrated most of them. Do not think for a second he has not placed false teachers in the Christian Church, and apostates in schools of theology as well. All believers, must rely on the Holy Spirit to uncover or reveal Yahweh’s testimony, as His truth is spiritually discerned.
But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost. In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not. And therefore the light of the glorious gospel of Messiah, who is the image of Yahweh, does not shine in them (2 Cor 4:3-4).
The evidence of the infiltration by the enemy into the church body is two-fold. It shows up in the various belief systems that the clergy clings to after graduating from these so-called centers of higher learning. Then these false teachers in the Christian Church pass on these blatant lies to their congregations, that fully embrace both the teacher and the message.
1 Tim 5:17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.
Most false teachers would say that the double honor mentioned here is monetary in nature and payable in part to them. However, the true laborer has the reward of living by the very words of the gospel that they preach.
1 Cor 9:13-14 Do ye not know that they which minister about holy things live of the things of the temple? and they which wait at the altar are partakers with the altar? Even so hath Yahweh ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel.
The honor is to live according to the gospel we preach. Those who attempt to preach with worldly knowledge deceive and scatter people, thus preventing them from coming to the truth. The reward that the charlatans seek after is a monetary one, and they have no problem whatsoever in twisting scriptures to facilitate this plunder.
Living according to the gospel is the honor and reward of the spirit-filled laborer of Yahweh. The meaning of the word honor, that is used in double honor in first Timothy 5:17, in no way refers to money (1 Cor 12: 23; 1 Tim 1:17; 1 Peter 1:7). Likewise, the reward that is spoken of in first Timothy 5:18, is not one of a monetary nature either.
1 Cor 12:18-20 But now hath Yahweh set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him. And if they were all one member, where were the body? But now are they many members, yet but one body.
Yahweh has set the members which make up the assembly, which is His church. He does this and not man, and it is His Spirit that enables us to share these truths with others.
Our graduation ceremony is when Yahweh returns with our diploma and says well done faithful servant (Math 25:21).
Matt 5:11-12 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
We are not to turn the sharing of the gospel message into a business opportunity, and no one should profit from sharing Yahweh with others.
Matt 10:7-8 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
Yahweh’s True Gospel Is Hidden From Many
Since the advent of the New Covenant, several changes were made that are not understood by the false teachers or their converts. Large glamorous building are never to be referred to as churches, as this is the title for the body of Yahweh. He no longer dwells in temples made with hands. His Holy Spirit now dwells within each true believer that faithfully follows Him (Acts 7:48; Acts 17:24; 1Cor 3:17; 1Cor 6:19).
Gal 1:6-8 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Messiah unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Messiah. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
False teachers in the Christian Church do usually present some truth in their sermons, however, the majority of the messages they present will be based upon their own varied interpretations. Many present a message that makes their audience feel comfortable and at ease. This allows them to grow and collect more revenue while the listening audience falls deeper into a spirit of slumber and apathy.
We are not to receive the gospel of men, it can only lead us astray. We should not be impressed with men that exalt themselves before many, as they will be humbled. These enjoy the praises of men and loved to be called father, rabbi or pastor (Isa 2:11; Mat 23:5-12).
1 Cor 9:18 What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Messiah without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.
The true disciple of Yahweh who is Spirit filled will correctly interpret His scriptures. The humble servant lifts up the name of Yahweh and only preaches because of a burden from the Spirit that is within. He is compelled to join in the battle to set the captives free. True Ambassadors of Yahweh simply want to reach the lost, and deceived that think they are already saved. Sometimes when lies that are told often enough they can be perceived as the truth; we are at that point in time.
A laborer for Yahweh will never seek his own glory but will rather lift up others. Never will a servant try and take up a position of lordship that is reserved for Yahweh alone. As well monetary gains are simply not considered, as rewards through and in Yahweh are the prizes sought after, that will never perish.
1 Cor 9:16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!
So many times we hear these false messengers recite extravagant prayers that really impress those around them, because of the elegance and grandeur of their words. The crowd is led to believe that these men are full of the spirit, and have God-given power and authority.
Matt 6:5-6 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
Our Messiah did not perform water baptism unto repentance, but rather He would provide a baptism with His Spirit unto salvation. He that believes and is baptized with His Holy Spirit shall be saved (Mark 16:16, Gal 3:27, Math 24:13).
John 1:32-34 And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizes with the Holy Spirit. And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of Yahweh.
If there is one key aspect of the new testimony that is essential to understand, it is the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. The word tells us that we ask but do not receive; the reason being is that most pray primarily for physical needs and wants. Our ultimate and primary goal should be to pray for the infilling of the Spirit that unlocks the wonderful mysteries of the Gospel.
The revelation of who Yahweh is, and the knowledge to understand His word, only comes through His Spirit. This is the only way to obtain a personal relationship with Him. To know of Him is only the first step; He desires to dwell in us. Once this transformation takes place, He takes pleasure in us (Rom 8:11, Eph 3:17, Rom 8:6).
Romans 8:8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please Yahweh
See That You Be Not Deceived
The false teachers in the Christian Church that are in the flesh, regard the things of the flesh. They are in fact blind to the truth and purpose of this life, which is our faith in Yahweh. As a result of their guidance as it were, those that they teach also have a focus on material things and selfish desires. These people want a god that will accept their self-righteousness and worldly pursuits, and still consider them good and holy.
Romans 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of Yahweh dwells in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Messiah, he is not of Him
If we do not have Yahweh’s Spirit dwelling within us, then we are not His children.
Once we are filled with His Spirit we will approve (and disapprove accordingly) of the things that are right and true, whether they be actions or words. The nonsensical teachings that are passed off as truthful, by the frauds at the pulpits, will be readily recognized as such.
Col 1:9-10 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of Yahweh unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of Yahweh
2 Peter 1:20-21 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of Yahweh spoke as they were moved by His Holy Spirit
The prophecies of the scripture are of no private interpretation. As the above verses point out to us, no one individual or group has control over, or final authority on the correct understanding of what is written in the Word of Yahweh. This task is reserved for His Holy Spirit that teaches us all things. And yet many people hold up these false teachers in the Christian Church to a god-like level, convinced that they alone are empowered with the truth and understanding of scripture.
False teachers can position themselves into a self-imposed exalted position by means of theatrics, and manipulation.
This allows them to be in control and few will question this position of power or authority, as they are led to believe that it is God ordained.
Suggestive words and emotional conditioning through lighting, soft music and or a teary-eyed plea, are some of the tactics employed to manipulate people to respond in a certain manner.
Bur there are many other cunning techniques used:
1- Lying by omission is when you leave out some of the truth to present your truth, this is also known as propaganda.
2- Laying a guilt trip is a favorite tactic used by most professional, yet false preachers today. The manipulator suggests to the audience, that already is in a state of agreeableness (who typically want to please and be accepted) that they are selfish, do not care, or are spoiled. The result is usually one where the person feels bad or unworthy, leading to self-doubt. Ultimately the victim will wind up in a position of submission to the teacher, thus allowing this control to continue.
3- Note that the submission is now towards a man (usually employing these tactics for power and financial control) who does not submit to others or Yahweh.
4- Subtle but effective shaming or put-downs are utilized to intensify the fear of one’s actions as not being acceptable. The self-doubt continues or grows to the point where there is now a dependency on the teacher. This technique is widely used especially when the leader is questioned on his authority or doctrines, and when money is required. At this point, the subject can be controlled by other means as well.
5- Seduction is a favorite tool of these professional manipulators. They use their voice, stance, confidence and image to grab the attention of a crowd and keep it. With almost a magical charm they can allure or captivate the audience with a hypnotic-like manipulation of the truth. This tool can be very profitable in dealing with interpersonal relationships. The seducer becomes like a drug dealer, as he has what you think you need. After admiration for the teacher has taken hold of an individual or a group, flattery can be put into practice to lower their defenses. This will usually allow the manipulator to gain trust, and possibly even loyalty, which is the goal.
6- The victim mentality method is used for pity, sympathy or concern about himself personally or his organization. False teachers in the Christian Church make claims that the ministry is in trouble, and without immediate financial contributions, many will suffer. People do not like to see or hear of sufferings, and if they are made to feel responsible, it is usually fairly easy to get them to cooperate.
7- The ultimate and end game of this manipulation, is one in which these deceitful teachers are seen as having the role of being God’s ordained teachers, or prophets. Once they have obtained this cult-like status, people no longer even think for themselves. As well they sometimes violently protect the belief system and the leader(s) that they unwittingly worship.
With all the tactics above employed it is easy to masquerade using a disguising pretense, and thus cloak or hide a self-serving agenda, under the pretext of operating as the servant or spokesperson of God.
Leaders and teachers should be the most humble of men, and if truly called to be servants, and led by the Spirit they must direct all praise and adoration towards Yahweh. Likewise, those being taught need to have their eyes and hearts focused on the Spirit that gives us all the understanding instead of other men.
Eph 1:13-14 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
Spiritually speaking, we are to put our trust in no man. Only Yahweh can be totally trusted, and He alone has the power to redeem us. This verse in Ephesians, it is a condensed version of the believers journey unto salvation.
We hear the message of truth revealed to us in the gospel that shows the path unto Salvation. Then once we trust and believe the Word, we are sealed by means of the Baptism of Yahweh’s Holy Spirit.
This infilling of His Spirit is the down payment unto our inheritance when we are redeemed, or Saved.
Many hear the Word by means of a teacher or preacher, however, to stay under a teacher never graduating so to speak, is not what is expected of us. Hearing the messenger, if he is truly sent by Yahweh, is only the first part of ones walk. The next step is to be taught of His Spirit, and then receive the power to rightly discern that truth.
Romans 12:16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
To be effective in the ministry, pride ego and self-righteous behaviors should not be at all present.
When one truly believes in Yahweh by the power of His Spirit through real faith, it is natural to obey, and be faithful even unto death.
Luke 14:27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple
We are all to bear our own cross with our eyes set on Yahweh, thus fulfilling the mission of becoming a part of His church. The average person thinks that the Christian experience involves the following:
- Spending an hour a week at a building that is incorrectly referred to as a church.
- Giving money, incorrectly referred to as tithes, to 501c3 corporations posing as the church.
- Repeating verses that they are led to recite under the illusion that doing so will ensure their immediate salvation.
2 Cor 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of Yahweh in him.
Here we have a deceitful translation (brought forth by the Lying Pen of the Scribes) that is commonly taught in Christian Churches. Those of Yahweh, that are led by His Spirit will pick up on the obvious error, and easily discern the truth. At first glance, it would appear that Messiah was made sin for us, for our righteousness. But we will show the obvious error below.
There are two keyword groups to break down here: He hath made, simply means to bear, carry or provide. The words (he hath) are improperly added.
Him to be sin, is actually translated simply as sin, so the words (him to be) are also improperly added. Therefore an appropriate translation is; Verily He provided for our sins, although He knew no sin…
1 John 3:4-5 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin
Messiah our Savior is the manifestation of Yahweh in the flesh. He who was without sin was manifest to take away our sins. He is, was and will always be Yahweh, totally and forever without sin. The following verses will also confirm the error (Heb 1:3; Heb 7:26-27; Heb 9:28; Heb 4:15; Rom 8:3).
The Lying Pen Of The Scribes Deceptive Teachings
Below we will compare several verses from the NASV with proper translations and or transliterations.
- Mark 10:24 NASV: “… ‘Children how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God!’”
How hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of Yahweh!” Trusting in riches and expecting to enter into the kingdom is about as likely as a camel entering through the eye of a needle. Yes, it is difficult to enter in, because most live for, and serve the desires of the flesh.
- Romans 1:16 NASV: “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God…”
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Messiah for it is the power of Yahweh…” The translators always blot out the name of Messiah, who is Yahweh. Without Him, nothing else matters.
- 1 Timothy 3:16 NASV: “… He who was revealed in the flesh.”
Yahweh was manifest in the flesh.” Messiah our Savior is Yahweh.
- 1 Timothy 6:1b “… that the name of God and our doctrine may not be spoken against.”
That the name of Yahweh and his doctrine be not blasphemed.” The doctrine of men is taught as the truth, as opposed to that of the Word of Yahweh. For many, the doctrines and commandments of men have somehow superseded His Word, what a terrible tragedy.
- Hebrews 1:3b NASV: “… when He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.”
When he had by himself purged our sins, sat down as the right hand of the Majesty on high.”
Purification of sins was done often under the old law, but the cleansing of all of our sins was accomplished through the blood of our Savior. Also, our Savior does not sit at the right hand of God.
We need to understand the true Word of Yahweh, and let His teachings illuminate the path that we are to walk (Psalm 119:105).
2 Tim 2:15-16 Study to shew thyself approved unto Yahweh, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
