False prophet is revealed fourth seal opened
The false prophet is revealed when the fourth seal is opened, and he alongside the anti-christ shall deceive the inhabitants of the world with signs and lying wonders.
The first seal is opened by the Lamb, signifying the start of the Great three and a half year tribulation with the arrival of the false christ, or beast that arises from the sea (Rev 13:1-5, Dan 7:25).
The False Prophet is revealed to deceive those who are lost
Matt 24:24 For there shall arise a false Messiah, likewise a false prophet, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
The antichrist is given a crown, and when the fourth seal is opened the false prophet who rises from the earth receives power to perform supernatural wonders to deceive the ungodly.
The false prophet is revealed and he is commissioned with all the power of the first beast that was before him (Rev 13:12). That power is given through the Dragon, who is also known as Satan (Rev 13:2).
Rev 13:14 Also he deceived them that dwelt on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast…
When the false prophet is revealed he will not cause the deceived to make an image to the beast, nor does he have power to give life unto the image of the beast. These two assumptions are brought forth as a result of a gross mistranslation of scripture (Rev 13:14-15). Satan’s representative also known as the little horn is the image of the Beast.
The other misunderstanding is that the false prophet is revealed to cause everyone to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads (Rev 13:16). Refer to the article entitled, no man will be able to buy or sell, for a Spiritual insight regarding this mark of the Beast deception. This mark, is really a badge of servitude that separates the Elect that are Sealed by the Spirit of Yahshua, from those deceived by Satan.
The article entitled the Mark of the Beast and the Seal of God will identify the difference between the two people groups at the end of this age.
Rev 6:4 And there went out another horse that was red: and it was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill (or slay) one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
Matt 10:34, 36 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.
The second seal is opened and peace is taken from the earth in a very powerful fashion. They will not just kill one another but will slay or slaughter one another.
Romans 8:35-36 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
To slay a person is to kill in a most violent way; consider Christ on the cross.
The word slay is used in only nine verses and eight of them are in Revelations.
Four of these verses are in reference to the Lamb that was slain, and one is in reference to the saints who are slain during the Great Tribulation (Rev 5:6, 9, 12, 13:8, 6:9-11).
Mark 13:12-13 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Through the perfect love that is only found in Yahshua, the elect are able to put fear aside. The grace and power bestowed upon true believers through His Holy Spirit will enable them to suffer for righteousness sake, and endure (1 John 4:18, 1 Peter 3:14).
John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
It is not that we might have tribulations. We will have tribulations if we are faithful, and in order to endure them, we must put on the mind of Christ (John 14:27, 1 Cor 2:9-16, Acts 14:22).
Romans 8:5-9 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
A carnal or worldly mind will result in death. The death spoken of here is an eternal separation from Yahshua and all of his glory. That same word meaning for death is the title given to the rider as the fourth seal is opened and the false prophet is revealed.
The fourth seal is opened – The false Prophet is revealed
Rev 6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto him over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with the sword, and with hunger, and with death, and (or even) with (or by) the beast(s) of the earth.
The words within the parenthesis inserted in the verse above tell a completely different story, and scripture backs up this interpretation rather well.
There are three different Greek words for the word with, which are used five times in this verse.
1- Hell followed with him:
The use of the word with, in this verse denotes accompaniment (G 3326).
2- To kill with the sword, with hunger and with death:
The use of the word with, used three times here, is an instrument or means by or with which something is accomplished. See the verse below for context.
Matt 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance…
3- And with the beast(s) of the earth:
The word and, is a connector, linking the false prophet to the evil methods he employs to kill many.
The use of the word with, used here, should be translated as by or under. It often has a meaning of “under authority” of someone or working directly as a subordinate (under someone/something else). See the verse below for context.
Matt 3:6 And were baptized of (or by) him in Jordan, confessing their sins.
The identity and purpose of the false prophet is revealed, when this verse is translated as it should be.
The fourth seal is opened and power is given unto him (the false prophet is revealed) to kill with sword, and with hunger and with death; even by this beast of the earth.
Romans 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
He ensures spiritual death is inherited by those who follow after his incredible deception.
He is responsible for the slaughter of many and death to those who will not worship Satan or the man of sin.
Heb 2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
The false prophet is revealed and he will be responsible for death by hunger especially as it relates to those who can not buy or sell, for refusing to bow down to the anti-christ, aka the beast (Rev 13:11-17).
Mark 13:22 For false Christ’s and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
The correct interpretation of Mark 13:22, and Mat 24:24, is a false christ and a false prophet shall rise. Nowhere else in scripture is the name of the Messiah used in the plural.
This verse is in reference to the Great Tribulation which has a duration of three and a half years.
The first seal is opened and Satan will introduce to the world his false christ, and false prophet of deception will follow. This is a representation of the Unholy Trinity, Satan the Beast and the false prophet.
The first rider conquers the hearts and minds of many. A crown is given unto him, once the first seal is opened. This represents the authority and throne of power given to him by Satan himself (Rev 13:2-4).
Rev 13:11-12 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him…
The false prophet is revealed as the fourth rider, also referred to as the Beast of the earth, that brings about death and destruction on a massive scale. Power is given unto him, once the fourth seal is opened.
Romans 8:35-37 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
Those that will not take up their cross and follow Yahshua are not worthy of him or his rewards. He that seeks to save his life shall lose it (Consider the pre-tribulation rapture club). The ones that are willing to die for Yahshua and his word of truth, shall inherit eternal life (Mat 10:38-39, Luke 21:28).
Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Yahshua, even for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with the Messiah for a thousand years.
